Excursion Choice

THIEPVAL/ULSTER TOWER AND BEAUMONT HAMEL

Full day excursion, travel to La Boiselle to see the
Lochnagar Crater, continue to Thiepval, memorial to the missing. Then visit the Ulster Tower. Followed by visit to Beaumont Hamel and Newfoundland Park.

NORTHERN SECTOR/VIMY RIDGE CANADIAN MEMORIAL

Visit the Military Museum at Neuville St Vaast, continue to Vimy Ridge. Visit the trenches and the underground tunnels from April onwards. (Pupils over 12 years old only). Last visit to Notre Dame de Lorette, French cemetery.
