Suggested Itinerary
Day 1
Depart school by coach and travel to Belfast Harbour for sailing to Stranraer, then
continue by coach to Hull for your overnight crossing to Rotterdam or Zeebrugge
Day 2
0800 hours arrive Rotterdam or Zeebrugge then continue by coach to Brussels for a full
day visit. Spend the morning at the Grand’ Place and visit the oldest citizen the
Mannekin Pis. Followed by visits to Bruparck where you may like to visit Mini-Europe
or take a swim in Oceade waterpark. Continue to hotel for check in and dinner. Three
nights in hotel.
Day 3
Full day coach excursion - you may like to spend a full day at one of Belgium’s theme
parks for example Plopsaland which is popular with younger children or Six Flags
Wavre might appeal to teenager groups.
Day 4
Visit Brugge to see the Chocolate Museum and take a Canal Cruise.
Day 5
Morning excursion to nearby Ostend where you can visit the shops or the beach,
weather permitting. Some time for last minute shopping before returning to
Zeebrugge/Rotterdam where your overnight sailing departs at 1900 hours. Depart
Zeebrugge/Rotterdam for your sailing to Hull
Day 6
0800 hours Arrive Hull and continue by coach to Stranraer. Sailing from Stranraer to
Belfast with Stena Line. |
