Suggested Itinerary

Day 1
Depart school by coach, travel to Belfast for sailing to Stranraer. Arrive Stranraer and continue by coach to Newcastle for your overnight sailing to Amsterdam with DFDS Seaways departing at 1730 hours. Cabins provided.

Day 2
0930 hours Arrive Amsterdam - today your group has the opportunity of spending a day in Amsterdam a welcoming and vibrant city. You can perhaps visit Anne Frank’s House followed by a canal cruise.

Day 3
Full day in Valkenburg where your group can visit the Town Caves and Wilhelmina Tower with the chair lift and toboggans. Possible visit to Valkenier Park.

Day 4
Your group could visit Vaals today to see the “Drielandenpunt” where three countries meet. Or your group may like to visit De Efteling Theme Park. Alternatively take a full day excursion to the nearby German Rhineland.

Day 5
Morning at leisure in Valkenburg or if you would prefer your group could go travel back to Amsterdam. 1800 hours Depart Amsterdam on your return overnight sailing to Newcastle.
