Four Day Coach Tour

Day 1 School to Llandudno
Depart school by coach for early morning sailing from Dublin or Dun Laoghaire to Holyhead. Afternoon visit to Pili Palas Butterfly World for a
guided tour and talk and then to Llandudno for check-in.

Day 2 Great Orme Mines/Tramway/Country Park
Unforgettable scenic journey to the summit on original tramway with visit to the country park with visitor centre, guided walks and nature trail.
Afternoon visit to Great Orme Bronze Age Copper Mines exploring the mysterious underground passages leading to an impressive bronze age
cavern.

Day 3 Guided Tour of Chester/Rhyl Sun Centre/The Rabbit Hole
Morning excursion to Chester for a guided tour with a Roman Soldier or Tudor Lady. Afternoon visit to Rhyl Sun Centre, a warm water based tropical paradise. Surf on giant waves or view the whole Island from the Monorail. Evening visit to the Rabbit Hole to experience Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland.

Day 4 Greenwood Centre/School
Morning visit to the Greenwood Centre. Discover what the “greenhouse effect” really is, visit the rainforest, experience life in the desert and test
your sense of touch. Ferry from Holyhead to Dublin or Dun Laoghaire and coach to school.
